Building the Knowledge Database
AIPioneer’s Chatbot Knowledge Database is composed by one or more Units. Each Unit is composed by an item of Knowledge and one or more Rules. Some Unit may not contain Rules. The Knowledge is static content, which is composed by a group of sentences. The text of the sentence may or may not be tagged.Rule is the judgment for reasoning. It is composed by Condition and Result. The Condition is a group of sentences, which may or may not be tagged. The result is also a group of sentences, which also may or may not be tagged.
Coreference Tags in the condition and result are universal. That is to say if a word in the condition is tagged as [1] and another word in the result is also tagged as [1], then the system considers the two words are coreference. Generally speaking, there is at least one pair of coreference words in Condition and result.
